“PolyNome is great for teaching, practicing and rehearsing. The rhythmic and the subdivision possibilities are endless. Plus, this is the only metronome I’ve used that you can actually LEARN from. Simply brilliant.”
Peter Erskine (Steely Dan, Weather Report, Kate Bush)

New in 22.05.1: Count-in reps for Playlists and Keyboard Shortcuts for editing patterns.
Count-in reps for Playlists
Say you have a Playlist where each item represents a bar in a piece of music. If you want to start playback at bar 15 but you need time to get to your instrument, you can utilise the “Count In Reps” option in Playlist Controls. If you set this to 2, for example, when you hit play on bar 15, PolyNome will play 2 reps of that bar before it starts playback properly.
Keyboard Shortcuts for editing patterns
If you’re using PolyNome on mac, or on iPad with a bluetooth keyboard, you can now use keyboard shortcuts for quickly entering and editing rhythms and assigning stickings and articulations. Search Help for ‘Keyboard Shortcuts’ for full documentation.
