Xiaomi Wear Lite supports Apple Health. We will transmit data, including steps, the distance of walk or running, strokes per lap, energy consumption, sleeping, exercises, heart rate, and data of cardio fitness.
You can switch on/off this function in Profile-Settings-Connected apps in Xiaomi Wear Lite or switch off it in Privacy-Apps-Xiaomi Wear Lite in Health App.
